Returns and Refund Policy

Important Note on Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags on, and in its original condition and packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All returned items must be meet the terms of our return policy or they will be sent back to you at your expense. 

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total amount of your refund. Additionally, the cost of shipping the return parcel will be your responsibility (at your cost).

To start a return, you can contact us at le.evanthe1903@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address that provided in our email replied to you if you're eligible terms for a return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item within 48 hours of delivered, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We kindly ask for your understanding that we do not process direct exchanges for items. If you’ve ordered the wrong size, color, or wish to exchange your item, it will be treated as a return. You will need to return the original item and place a new order for the correct item you’d like.

This process allows us to ensure that you receive exactly what you want with no delays. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, and will be follow the process on our Return Policy.

Refund Process 

Once we receive your returned item, our team will carefully inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria for a refund. If your return is approved, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

Please note that the refunded amount may take up to 10 business days to appear in your payment method, depending on your bank or credit card provider. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this process.
