We are pleased to offer free shipping for orders above $118. For orders under $118, a flat shipping fee of $8.80 applies. Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number for your convenience.All prices include taxes, and orders are typically dispatched within 3 business days. Delivery times vary based on destination, ranging from 5 to 12 business days.

Customs & Duties:
Please note that we are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by customs. Customers may be required to provide verification or identification to their local customs authorities if necessary.

Important Reminders:

• Please double-check the recipient information to avoid delivery issues.
• If a package is refused or undeliverables due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer, a refund will only be processed once the parcel is returned to our warehouse. The refund will be adjusted to deduct the cost of shipping to and from the destination country, as well as any applicable duties and taxes.
